Think Strategically! - 01/30/2007

Once a year, around this time, all of EuroTeam staff meet together for a week of meeting with the soul purpose of thinking strategically!  We evaluate our previous year.  We discuss what went well, what didn't and how we could be more effective at what we do.

As Greater Europe Mission (GEM) missionaries we have strived to specialize in Europe.  In our EuroTeam ministry, we have strived to specialize in TEAMS.  GEM was founded in 1949 by Robert and Jeanette Evans.  EuroTeam was founded in 1989 by Carey Holmquist.  Each year we get together to look honestly at how we are doing.  If we claim to be specialists in Europe missions and in short-term teams, then we need to alway be studying our ministry focus and perfecting our ministry methods.  We want to be on the cutting edge. 

Obviously, things are changing so fast!  We have our job cut out for us!
